Enrolling for a
course at the College Constitutes a
binding agreement on the student to
follow the course schedule and to
pay the full fee. |
|

Students found
to have difficulties in following a
course due to inadequate language
skills, will be required to follow a
remedial course in English language
at the College, until their level of
English reaches a satisfactory
standard. |
|
 |
Students unable
to join their course by the
scheduled start date must inform the
college in writing at least four
weeks prior to the starting date,
and if not received within the
specified time, will only be
accepted at the discretion of the
college. |
|
 |
The tuition
fees are payable in full before
students start studies. At the
discretion of the College students
may be allowed to pay their fees by
instalments. |
|
 |
Students
applying through Rockfield College
appointed representatives could pay
minimum of £1500 of the total fee
before receiving all related
documents for applying student visa
from their home country. Once the
visa is granted, and student has
entered in UK , he/she must pay
his/her remaining course fee on the
day of full registration. |
|
 |
In any case
student is unable to refund his/her
£1500 or change college in the first
year. Refund will only be possible
if college refuses to run selected
study programme for any minimum
student enrolments or
administration/teacher issues. |

 |
If a student
has been refused a visa or entry to
the UK , the total fees paid will be
refunded, apart from the sum of £120
provided all the following
conditions are met. |

a. |
The student has
informed the College in writing
about his/her instability to start
the course, at least four weeks
prior to the commencing date of the
course. |
|
b. |
The student has
not entered the UK . |
|
c. |
The college is
provided with the original letter
issued by British High Commission,
confirming the refusal of visa.
|
|
d. |
The student has
not appealed against the refusal of
visa. If an appeal has been lodged,
the fees will be refunded only
upon receiving documentary evidence
that the appeal has been dismissed.

e. |
The certificate
of enrolment and the receipt for the
fees paid are returned to the
college in the original form. |
|
 |
If a student is
required by the Home Office to leave
the UK because of non or poor
attendance or because of any breach
of law, tuition fees paid will not
be refundable. |
|
 |
Important
notices to students are displayed on
the College's main notice board and
it is the student's responsibility
to ensure that such notices are
read. |
|
 |
All details
printed in the prospectus and
accompanying documents are correct
at the time of printing. The college
reserves the right to make changes
to the structure and content of
courses, including the cancellation
of classes, if deemed necessary.

If this
application form is signed on behalf
of the student by his/her
sponsor/guardian/representative,
these conditions will still apply
|
|
 |
Anyone
supplying false information on the
application form is liable to
suspension from the college
forthwith. |
|
 |
The principal
reserve the right to require a
student to leave the course at any
stage if the student does not fulfil
the above requirements, if a
student's continual presence would
in the opinion of the directors, be
detrimental to the well being of the
staff, other students or the college
in generally or if a student does
not meet his/her financial
obligations. Any fee refunded to an
excluded student is wholly at the
discretion of the college directors.

relationship between a student and
the college shall be governed by and

construed in
accordance with the laws of England
and Wales . |
